Henderson Harbor Triathlon 2005

Runner Instructions 

 

1) At the start, proceed out of the launch area across Route 178 and turn left. Please run on the right hand side up this road.

2) Turn right at the top of the hill onto Harbor Road and run to Danley Road

3) Turn right on Danley Road and proceed on the right side of the road to the turn around cone

4) Follow up the course in reverse

5) Upon entering the launch area you will find cones down the center of the road.  Run to the right hand side of those cones turning right as the road splits at the bottom of the entrance road proceeding to the finish line.

6) There will be a finishing shoot after the finish line where race officials will tear off your tear strip numbers and collect timing chips for results.
