Remoulade Sauce Creole

1 tblsp  dry mustard
3 tblsp paprika
2 tblsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 ½ cups tomato ketchup
4 cups vegetable oil
½ cup wine vinegar
½ cup horseradish
3 tblsp chopped parsley
1 ½ bunch green onions, finely chopped
3 celery ribs, finely chopped

Put mustard, paprika, salt and sugar in mixing bowl, blend, add ketchup.  Using wire whisk blend in oil, vinegar and horseradish, and mix thoroughly.  Add parsley, green onions, and celery. Mix well,.  Let stand at least 1 hour before using.  Makes 8 cups.
