Portuguese Chicken

2 tblsp. Olive oil
1 tblsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tblsp Spanish Paprika
2 bay leaves crumbled
2 gloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 roaster chicken cut into pieces
Combine the first eight ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the chicken and coat each piece. Marinate overnight and grill to desired temperature. Serve over rice with a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes.
