Mustard and Vinegar BBQ Show: 6/26/09
1 # brown sugar ½ cup light molasses 2 cups cider vinegar 3 cups yellow salad mustard ½ cup crushed red pepper 5 # chicken or pork
In a medium size mixing bowl add the first five ingredients. Mix well and divide into half. Use half to marinade with the other half as a mop sauce for the grill. |
