Chile Shrimp

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup white vinegar

1/3 cup chili sauce

2 tblsp sambal oelek  (ground fresh chili paste- found in oriental markets)

2 tblsp Worcestershire sauce

Juice of half a lemon or lime

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tblsp fresh chopped cilantro

2 # shrimp V-15 cooked or raw

In a medium sized mixing bowl mix all of the ingredients together.  Marinate shrimp for one hour only.  Grill raw shrimp and serve over salad greens, or use with cooked shrimp as a unique version of shrimp cocktail.

Easter Ham Glaze

1 # brown sugar

1 12oz bottle of root beer

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1tsp ground cloves

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1tsp ground mustard
