Shrimp with Maple–Lime Burre Blanc

1 cup all
purpose flour
1 # v-15
shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tsp salt
1 tsp
ground black pepper
3 tblsp
butter
Juice of
half of lime
¼ cup real
maple syrup
1 cup heavy
cream
Mix
together the flour, shrimp, salt, and pepper. And toss until shrimp is
evenly coated. Heat the butter on low heat only and add the shrimp to
the pan. Cook on both sides until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Add the lime juice to deglaze the pan. Add the syrup and cream. Simmer
3-4 minutes and serve. |
