Boston Baked Scrod

4-8oz.
skinless boneless filets of cod, scrod or haddock
1 cup milk
1 sleeve
Ritz crackers crushed
½ cup
grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp dried
dill weed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp
ground black pepper
1 clove
garlic crushed
Juice of ½
a lemon
¼ # (
1stick) butter melted
Soak the
fish filets in the cup of milk for one hour. Drain and place in a
greased baking dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Spread
crumb mixture evenly over fish filets. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees
oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes apart when tested with a fork.
Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
