Shrimp Au Gratin

1 ¼# v-15
peeled and deveined shrimp
2 tblsp
olive oil
1 # kraft
“little” cream cheese
1 cup sour
cream (low fat)
½ cup
grated parmesan cheese
1 clove
garlic minced
Salt and
pepper to taste
1 cup
grated cheddar cheese
In a 14
inch Teflon pan, add the olive oil on medium heat. Saute the shrimp 2
minutes on both sides and remove to six individual 4 oz. ramekins. Mix
together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Spoon
cream cheese mixture evenly over shrimp. Sprinkle cheddar over top of
cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Shrimp
should be bubbling and just browned on top.
