2 tblsp Olive
oil
1 med onion
diced
1 med green
bell pepper diced
1 med red bell
pepper diced
3 ribs celery
diced
1 large carrot
diced
1 large
jalapeno seeded and diced
4 scallions
minced
4 cloves garlic
minced
2 sprigs whole
leaf thyme minced
2 sprigs
cilantro minced
2 sprigs fresh
parsley minced
4 med tomatoes
diced
1 cup white
wine
2 cups tomato
puree
6-6oz. cans
chopped clams
1 # v-15 shrimp
peeled and deveined
1 8oz. center
crab meat
1 # cooked
linguine
In a 4 qt stock pot, on medium heat, add the first nine
ingredients, cook until the onion, begins to wilt. Add the next nine
ingredients and turn heat to high. Bring to a boil and cook until shrimp
are pink and firm. Remove from heat and serve over linguine.
