Pork Chops Nathaniel

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
8-4oz. thin pork chops
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup sliced onion
½ # bacon cooked and diced
2 med. Tomatoes diced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp minced fresh basil
¼ cup sherry wine
¼ cup beef broth
Parmesan cheese to garnish
Heat the oil in a 14inch sauté pan. Dredge the pork chops in the flour and season with salt and pepper. Saute the chops in the oil brown on both sides and cook through. Remove the chops to a serving platter. Add the bacon, onions, peppers, tomatoes, garlic and basil. Saute until onions begin to wilt. Add the sherry wine and beef broth, bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer 5-6 minutes spoon onion mixture over chops and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
