Mole De Carne

2 medium onions, diced
2 medium green bell peppers diced
3 ribs celery diced
4 cloves garlic minced
2 small jalapeno peppers minced
2- 15oz. cans diced tomatoes
2- 5.5 oz. cans tomato paste
2-15oz. cans beef broth
3 tblsp cocoa powder
2 tblsp chili powder
1 tblsp ground cumin
2 tsp salt
1 # cooked diced beef chuck
1 # cooked diced pork steak

Combine all of the ingredients in an 8 qt. stock pot and bring to a boil.  Turn heat to low and simmer for two hours, stirring every 15 minutes.  Serve more like you would chili, or over nachos, or over an omelet.
