Bacon & Broccoli Cole Slaw

1-2 # head green cabbage cored and shredded
1 # broccoli, blanched, chilled and cut into bite size pieces
1 # bacon cooked and diced
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated red cabbage
1 cup thin sliced onion
½ cup thin sliced scallion
1 ½ cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
1/3 cup white vinegar
3 tblsp sugar
1 tblsp horseradish (prepared)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, horseradish salt and pepper add the remaining ingredients and toss until coated with dressing. Chill for one hour before serving.
