Daniel’s Orange Glaze

1-12oz jar of marmalade
juice of one orange
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 scallions minced
4oz. “Jack Daniel’s”
Whiskey
Combine the above
ingredients in a food processor and blend well. This glaze is perfect paired
with sautéed chicken breast, meatballs, pork or beef spare ribs. |
