Chicken
with Peaches
TV 7 Morning Show-July 22,

4-4oz. skinless boneless
chicken breasts pounded ½ inch thick
1 ½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1tsp. pepper
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. paprika
2 tblsp. butter
4 peaches peeled, pitted
and chopped
3 oz. Grand Marnier liquor
2 tblsp. peach yogurt
½ cup heavy cream
Combine the flour, salt,
pepper, garlic, and paprika and mix well. Add the chicken to the flour mixture
and coat the chicken. On medium heat add the butter to a large sautι pan.
Shake excess flour from the chicken and add to the pan. Sautι both sides of the
chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken to a serving
platter. Add the peaches and Grand Marnier, to the pan and flambι the peaches.
Add the yogurt and cream and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and spoon the
sauce and peaches over the chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
