July 2, 2004 recipe from Chef Chris Manning:

Pork Wild Wings

For the sweet and spicy
½ cup sweet and sour sauce
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup salad mustard
1 tsp crushed red peppers

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.  Place one package of “farmland” pork wild wings in a baking dish (large enough to accommodate all 12 wings).  Pour sauce over the top and bake at 350 for one hour, basting wings with sauce every
10-15 minutes.

For the Buffalo sauce
1 stick r ¼ cup of butter melted
½ cup frank’s red-hot sauce
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 Tbsp white vinegar

Add hot sauce, seasoning salt, and vinegar to the butter and turn off the heat.  Add one package of “farmland” pork wild wings to large skillet and sauté on both sides for 5-6 minutes.  Add the Buffalo sauce and let simmer for ten minutes.  Serve with celery sticks, blue cheese dressing, and extra hot sauce
