June 11, 2004 recipe from Chef Chris Manning:

Scampi en Salata ala Tonnato

3 whole anchovy filets (canned) 
1/2 pound cooked pitalini pasta 
1-6oz. can tuna fish drained 
3 hard boiled eggs chopped 
1 scallion coarsely diced 
1 cucumber peeled, seeded, and diced 
1 clove garlic minced 
1 red bell pepper diced 
1 Tbsp. capers 
1 pound cooked shrimp 
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves 
Juice of one lemon 
1 cup mayonaise 
1/4 cup olive oil 
Fresh ground pepper to taste 

Add first ten ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth Mix the sauce with the pasta, eggs, cucumbers, pepper, and shrimp. Serve as a side dish with barbeque.
