Maple Apple Crisp
3 large cooking
apples, peeled and cored
3 tblsp. real
maple syrup
½ cup all
purpose flour
½ tsp salt
¼ cup light
brown sugar
4 tblsp. Butter
softened
Place apples in
lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle syrup over apples. In a small
mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and butter. Mix together with a
fork and distribute evenly over apples.
Bake at 375
degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
