Mustard Sauce

 

1cup sugar

1 cup white vinegar

3 tblsp ground mustard

3 eggs

 

In a one quart sauce pan mix all of the ingredients together.  Over low to medium heat, cook the sauce until thick and smooth.

 

Jezebel Sauce

 

1-12oz jar pineapple preserves

1-12oz jar apple jelly

2 tblsp ground mustard

2 tblsp horseradish

1 tsp fresh cracked pepper

 

In a medium mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together.  Refrigerate one hour and serve with ham, chicken, or fried fish.
