Sesame
Chicken
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tsp. sesame oil
3 tblsp. sugar
1 scallion, minced
2 tblsp. peanut butter
2 tblsp. fresh ginger
salt & pepper to taste
1 tblsp. sesame seeds
3 tblsp. ground mustard
Place all of the
ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. the recipe
will yield 3 cups, enough sauce to coat 50-60 chicken wings. Great as
a dressing for chilled pasta. |
