Holiday Egg Nog
8 egg yolks
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tblsp. Vanilla extract
2 cans evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 pint Bacardi’s gold rum
Wisk together the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Add the remaining
ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight and serve with whipped cream on
top. |
