Thai Green Curry
4 scallions,
chopped
2 cloves
garlic, chopped
1 fresh
jalapeņo, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup
cilantro leaves
1/4 cup parsley
leaves
2 tablespoon
vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
soy sauce
2 tablespoon
water
1/2 teaspoon
ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon
ground tumeric
juice of one
lime
1 cup heavy
cream
Combine the
first eleven ingredients into a food processor and process until a smooth
paste is formed. Heat heavy cream in a 2 quart sauce pan. Add
the curry paste and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Toss with pasta or rice,
shrimp or chicken. |
