TV Morning Show 7/27/07
Crab & Artichoke Imperial
1 pound flaked crab meat
2 green onions, minced
¼ cup red bell pepper, minced
¼ cup green bell pepper, minced
1
fourteen-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
(look for artichokes in brine only)
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
dash hot pepper
½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 egg
salt & pepper to taste
cracker crumbs
parmesan cheese
Combine first 12 items on list and place in a greased
10” X 14” baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and parmesan. Bake at 350
degrees for 25 minutes or until brown on top. Serve with crackers and/or
pita bread.
