TV Morning Show 6/15/07
Carné Asada
4 pounds thin sliced beef or pork
1 twelve-ounce bottle lager beer
1 eight-ounce bottle Italian dressing
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
juice of four limes
flour tortillas and shredded jack cheese (for serving)
Combine the first eight ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Marinate 24 hours, and grill on medium heat until cooked through. Serve on
flour tortillas with shredded jack cheese.
