TV Morning Show 3/02/07
Shrimp Louie
1 cup
mayonnaise
2
tablespoons chili sauce
1
teaspoon hot sauce
1
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1
teaspoon A.1. steak sauce
1
tablespoon ketchup
2
tablespoons chopped parsley
salt
and pepper to taste
½ pound
31-35 count peeled, deveined, cooked shrimp
lettuce, tomato wedges and chopped hard boiled eggs
Combine the first eight
items listed in a medium-sized mixing bowl, and refrigerate for one hour.
Add shrimp to chilled sauce, and serve over lettuce and tomato wedges,
garnishing with hard boiled eggs.
