skinless, boneless haddock
¼ cup
all purpose flour

tablespoons melted butter
½
teaspoon salt
½
teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg
beaten
1
teaspoon fresh minced dill
¼ cup
heavy cream
¼ cup
vegetable oil for frying
Place haddock in food
processor and chop coarsely. Add the next seven ingredients and use the
processor’s pulse button to blend all the ingredients together. Heat the oil
in a 12-inch sauté pan on medium heat. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls into
the oil. Fry on both sides until golden. Serve with mustard sauce or
hollandaise.
