Adirondack Cobbler

 

 

2 twenty-ounce cans apple pie filling

1 fifteen-ounce can sliced pears, drained

1 fifteen-ounce can sliced peaches, drained

1 twelve-ounce bag frozen mixed berries

½ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 pound biscuit dough, rolled to ½-inch thickness

1 six-ounce container raspberry yogurt

1 six-ounce container vanilla yogurt

1 twelve-ounce container whipped topping

 

Combine the first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl and fold gently until completely mixed. Spoon into a deep baking dish. Top with the biscuit dough, leaving edges open. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Mix both yogurts and the whipped topping and serve over the warm cobbler.
