TV 7 Morning Show 9/22/2006

“PICADILLO”

 

1 lb. Ground Beef

1 Large Onion Diced

2 Cloves Garlic Minced

1 14oz Can tomato Sauce

½ Cup White Wine

¼ Cup Sliced Green olives

¼ Cup Raisins

2 TBLSP. Fresh Chopped Parsley

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

 

Cook the beef in a large skillet and pour off the fat.  Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion begins to wilt.  Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.  Serve over cooked rice or spaghetti pasta.
