“WELSH RABBIT WITH BEER”
1 TBLSP. Butter
6 Oz. Beer (Amber or
Stout)
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
1 LB. Shredded Sharp
Cheddar
1 TSP. Dry Mustard
(Powder)
½ TSP. Salt
Dash Hot Sauce
Dash Worcestershire
Sauce
2 Eggs Beaten
In a 4 quart saucepan
add the first 3 ingredients. On medium heat add the cheddar, ¼ cup at a
time, allowing the cheese to melt. When all the cheese has melted add the
remaining ingredients, and serve immediately over toast and sliced warm
tomatoes.
