“CASINO-STYLE BAKED
STUFFED CLAMS”
3 Six-ounce cans chopped
clams
1 Medium onion, finely
diced
1 Medium green pepper,
finely diced
1 Medium red pepper,
finely diced
3 Ribs celery, finely
diced
½ Pound cooked bacon,
coarsely diced

unseasoned breadcrumbs
¼ Stick butter, melted
¼ Cup fresh chopped
parsley
24 Littleneck clams
Split Littleneck clams
in half and place on cookie sheet. Mix remaining ingredients together in a
large bowl. Put one to one and a half tablespoons of mixture on top of each
clamshell. Continue adding and remaining mixture to each clamshell until
mixture has been completely used. Bake clams at 350 degrees for f30 to 40
minutes. When clams are browned on top, test to see if clam meat in shell
is fully cooked.
