TV 7 Morning Show 8/25/2006

“SAN FRANCISCO CIOPPINO”

 

 

 

 

¼ Cup Olive Oil

1 Medium Onion Diced

4 Stalks Celery Diced

4 Cloves Garlic Minced

4 – 6 Fresh Tomatoes Diced

1 ½ Cups Dry White Wine

1 Doz.  Littleneck Clams

1 Pound Shrimp 21 – 25 Count, peeled and deveined

1 Pound Firm White Fish Cubed (Haddock or Halibut)

1 Doz. Mussels scrubbed

2 – 3 Pounds Dungeness Crab or King Crab Legs

 

Add the first six ingredients in a 12 quart stock pot and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.  Serve family style with minced fresh herbs, parmesan cheese and sourdough bread.
