TV 7 Morning Show 8/18/2006

“RED AND BLACK PASTA SAUCE”

 

1 Cup Onion Diced

1 Cup Green Bell Pepper Diced

1 Cup Red Bell Pepper Diced

2 Cups Ripe Medium Pitted Olives

2 Tblsp. Butter

2 Tblsp. Olive Oil

1 Cup of Heavy Cream

˝ Cup Grated Asiago

2 Cloves Garlic Minced

2 TBLSP. Chopped Fresh Parsley

2 Medium Fresh Tomatoes Diced

1 Pound Fettuccini Pasta

 

 

Add the first six ingredients to an Eight Quart Pan, and sauté over medium heat until onion begins to wilt. Turn heat to high and add the next five ingredients to the pan.  Bring to a boil and add the pasta.  Remove from the heat and serve.  Garnish with cooked shrimp or chicken.
