“MESA DE CARNE RUB”

 

1 Cup of Sugar

½ Cup Paprika

¼ Cup Kosher or Sea Salt

¼ Cup Celery Salt

3 TBLSP. Chili Powder

2 TBLSP. Ground Cumin

1 TBLSP. Garlic Powder

1 TBLSP. Ground Coriander

1 TBLSP. Dry Mustard

1 TSP. Cayenne Pepper

2 TSP. Ground Black Pepper

 

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well. Store in an air tight container for up to a month.  Use as a dry rub for beef, pork or chicken.
