TV 7 Morning Show 6/23/2006

“B.B.Q. D’. Shrimp”

 

½ # Smoked Sausage Diced Fine

½ Cup diced Onion

½ Cup diced Celery

½ Cup Diced Green Bell Pepper

½ Cup diced Red Bell Pepper

1 Clove Garlic Minced

2 Tblsp. Butter

2 Tblsp. Worcestechire Sauce

¼ Cup Beer

¼ Cup Chicken Stock

1# cooked Peeled and Deveined 21-15 Cnt. Shrimp

Parsley Chopped for Garnish

 

In a 8 Qt. sauce pan, on med. heat, add the first seven ingredients.  Cook until onion begins to wilt, about 15 minutes.  Add the next 3 ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.  Add the shrimp and cook for 3 more minutes.  Serve over rice and garnish with chopped parsley (Yields 4 Servings).
