Magnolia Pie

From the TV 7 Morning Show on February 3, 2006

1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)

2 cups sugar

4 tbsp. flour

3 eggs, beaten

1 cup buttermilk

11/2 tsp. vanilla

1 unbaked pie shell

Cream together the butter, sugar and the flour.  Add the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Blend until smooth and pour into an unbaked pie shell.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.  Let cool and serve with fresh berries and whipped cream.

Detroit Diesel Cocktail

20 oz. bourbon

20 oz. vodka

1-12oz. can of Coke

Juice of half a lime

Stir the ingredients together and serve over ice.
