Race Packet Pick-up and Registration: Between 6:45am -8:15am

The Triathlon will begin promptly at 9am.
The Henderson Harbor Triathlon will consist of:
600 meter swim in sheltered Henderson Harbor
15.5 mile bike loop along Lake Ontario
4 mile run on scenic country roads.
Swimmers:
Single wave swim start
Wetsuits allowed
Swim caps mandatory: caps will be provided
Cyclists:
ANSI approved helmets are required
No Drafting Allowed.
It is the competitor’s responsibility to be familiar with, and follow, the race route.
Course map and directions will be available on the website and in the race booklet.
Awards Presented to:
Top 3 Ironmen, Top 3 Ironwomen, and Top 3 Teams and in 5-year age groups based on minimum participation.
To receive an award, you must be present at the awards ceremony!
