It is the mission of the Childrens
Home of Jefferson County to provide a temporary, therapeutic home for children
who are experiencing difficulties in their surroundings and to develop an
individual treatment plan for each client in a safe and structured
environment. Through guidance and counseling, clients can develop the skills
necessary to become contributing members of their community.
